Your home institution is where you register for classes, receive grades, apply for financial aid, and from where you will be awarded your degree on successful completion of the program. Each home institution may require that you take a class or classes on the campus. Most students choose the school that is closest to where they live. Follow the links below to find out more about each participating institution.
Students interested in applying to the BSN@Home program must submit the student interest inquiry form. Upon receipt of your demographics form an advisor from your chosen home institution will contact you. Once you have spoken to an advisor you can apply for admittance to your home institution. You may apply on-line to all BSN@Home program home schools by going to https://apply.wisconsin.edu.
Note: It is highly recommended that you talk to an advisor before applying for admission to your home institution.
